All players will need to make a deposit prior to requesting any payouts. This applies primarily for any players who have won money with free spins and free money campaigns. Once a player has made a first deposit for a minimum of $25, they will then be eligible to withdraw any winnings.
- The maximum withdrawal per player per week (per 7 days) is $2,500.
- The maximum withdrawal per player per month (per 30 days) is $5,000.
- Withdrawals can be requested Monday through Sunday via your account.
- Payouts are processed from Monday thru Friday during business hours. Business hours are from 8 am to 4 pm EST.
- For security reasons, we require 3 business days from last deposit to process withdrawal requests. This allows your deposit to clear with the processor.
- All charge credit or debit card depositors must receive payments on winnings via other payment methods. Please print, and fill out the information requested. Once you have completed the form(s), please scan it and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo copy of your identification and the front and back of your credit card. No withdrawals will be processed without first meeting the requisite of 10 days clearance on all credit card and debit card deposits.
- We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of any withdrawal request until any outstanding deposit transactions have been cleared by the processor used.
- Players who deposit with credit card can withdraw by any method listed in the cashier. Players who do not deposit by credit card may withdraw with the method they used to deposit. Please be aware that before the first withdrawal there needs to be at least one deposit with the chosen withdrawal method. This is to verify your account information.
Inter Account Transfers Terms and Conditions
Once the Sender has requested and confirmed the transfer to another member’s account, MegaVegas will not be liable for it and will not transfer money back to the Sender’s account. The Company reserves the right to deny or reverse any inter account transfers for any reason, including the breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.
The Recipient will need to have a valid real money account in order to receive the transfer. Both sender and recipient must belong to the MegaVegas brand and a minimum deposit on record is required for both accounts.
The Sender may only transfer up to 50% of Sender’s available account balance.

As a part of our security procedures each account needs to be checked and verified before cash out can be approved. In order to verify the account please provide below documents:
- A legible photocopy / picture of a valid government ID, with picture.
- Photocopies / picture of the front and back of your credit/debit card used for purchase.
- A copy or photo of recent utility bill (received within last 90 days or less) or mail that contains name and address as registered on your player account.
